This is Nikisha. Our warm, attentive, and reassuring Nurse Consultant.

Nikisha‘s path into nursing began with a natural instinct to care for others, nurtured early by her great-grandmother, who was often her very first “patient”. More than a decade on, that same instinct continues to shape the way she looks after every person in her care, ensuring they feel comfortable, understood and genuinely supported throughout their journey.

With 13 years of nursing experience spanning emergency, paediatrics, clinical education and research, Nikisha brings a depth of knowledge and a grounded, capable presence that helps patients feel safe and well cared for. Working closely alongside our surgical team, particularly Dr Cameron in supporting aesthetic surgery patients, many patients may come to know Nikisha throughout their time at Morphē. She provides education, guidance and support before and after surgery, and her calm and compassionate approach helps patients feel informed, reassured and supported at key stages of their care.

Nikisha is passionate about education and recently co-developed a learning package for rural and regional emergency departments, helping to strengthen both patient care and clinical confidence where it is needed most.

Nikisha‘s ideal day off involves a beach walk with her family (including her “third child”, toy cavoodle Honey), trying out new cafés and restaurants, a Pilates session and, of course, good coffee. And you might be surprised to learn that while Nikisha loves a good rollercoaster, she’s absolutely terrified of bridges!
